So as some of you may know, yesterday was my birthday! Im officially out of my teens and married. (How did this happen?!) :) I dont really have any pictures of what we did, unfortunatly. (Im still getting the hang of this whole blog thing-gotta document everything!) So I will just give you an account of the days events... Read on only if you have a good ten minutes to spare.
8:00am- I woke up and Brennon sent me back to bed.
8:30Am- Brennon woke me and led me half awake into the kitchen where there was flowers, waffles, eggs, and rice krispie treat cereal!(my favorite) Oh, and a very cute card.
9:00Am-12:00PM- Just hung out around our new apartment.
12:30pm- Took Brennon to work and headed to the mall where i bought a few things with my bath and Body Works gift card. Also, went to Target and bought another season of Friends. Help me. Im addicted.
4:30pm- Found a AMAZING store called Plato's Closet and proceded to try on a bunch of clothes i didn't need. I tried on about 13 items and bought one skirt. Be very proud.
6:30pm- Went home and painted my toenails and watched an episode of Friends.
8:00pm- Left to go pick up Brennon on a street corner. My poor husband.
8:30pm- Ate at the amazing Olive Garden courtesy of Mike and Kathy (Thanks!)
10:00pm- Arrived home and watch an episode of Friends.
10:30pm- We go over to some friends of ours apartment to "get back the movies they barrowed" and Brennon has so very secretly organized a little suprise party for me! How cute is he! There was just 6 people there, including us. But it was a rockin party with cake and candles and presents and ballons! And our 4 friends, Garrett, Kathryn, Jim and Lindsay.
It was so sweet of him to do this because it was sort of a weird birthday for me. Its the first I've spent away from my family and not in Jo City/Holbrook. But he really made it so great for me. Im convinced he's the best husband ever!! Oh and if you were wondering, we watched another episode of Friends when we got home.

I heard no reference of the 10 calls you got from your mother. So, for all your blogging buddies, her family didnt forget her and they did miss her. Grandma Guttery got all the birthday attention this year - hope to share it again with you next year - Happy Birthday girl!
Im sorry I didn't mention your phone calls... they were dearly appreciated. We miss you and we'll be home in approximatly 40 days.
Happy Birthday, Dani...glad Brennon helped make it good. Where did the friends addiction come from? Ours is house...
Happy belated birthday! Glad to hear you had a good day.
We missed you in Holbrook! But it sounds like Brennon gave you a pretty good substitute birthday, he is so sweet!
i did my collages on picasa. its the coolest thing ever that i have found my self wasting time on while i stil have no job. hah.
I seriously was wondering if you watched one more episode before you got home. You've inherited that addiction from your favorite aunt. Sad, but true. Ok, and what is this about "FOUND" this great store called Plato's closet? I mean, HELLO! Who took you there over a year ago?! Ok, whatever, I'm glad you had an awesome birthday, but you bettered spend #21 here so we can go party together!!! Oh, and tell brennon good job!
The Friends addiction came from them only being 20 bucks a season at target and we dont have any TV channels. I now have 5, 6, 7, and 8. And Kristal, by "found" I meant found in this area. There's none in AZ so I was excited to have one right down the road. For all those who dont know about it, its kinda like Buffalo Exchange, but much cheaper and better, in my opinion. Anyways, Mom, thanks for the very cute clothes and jewlery again. I loved them and felt very festive in that one shirt that is red and navy blue. Love ya!
Alright, as long as I get some credit for it. Hey, I'll send you my Plato's Closet cards. I have two, and if you put them together, it's almost a full one! I'm sure you can finish it off for me. And did you mom tell you I helped her pick out that adorable "family" sign she sent? Did you not love it? Wow, I'm looking for credit somewhere in your life huH? Sad.
Ha ha yeah Kris, thats a borderline pathetic. jk I do love that family sign. That and our 3 picture frames are the only things decorating our humble abode.(You'll see, im gonna post pics of our new apartment soon, dont tell anyone)
Didn't we used to have Plato's closet here in AZ? I remember I used to hear the commercials for it all the time. Maybe they didn't last long here.
Im not sure about Plato's closet. I never knew about it. I hope they do open one if not!
