My mother tagged me through e-mail and I probably wouldn't have done it if I wasn't stuck in the house all day sick. And also the fact I have not too much to blog about. So here's to being sick and boring.

1. Who eats more? He definatly does. He is like my personal garbage disposal. If i don't want anything on my plate, almost garenteed he will eat it.
2. Who said "I love you" first? Definatly him, even though I wanted to say it way before he did. And he knew it! This is cheesy but, instead of saying "Love you" at the end of the night, we would say "like you". It felt weird not saying anything so we came up with that til we were both ready. Haha
3. Who weighs more? Yeah, i dont really like this question. But its definalty him. Marriage has put a little weight on both of us though.
4. Who sings better? I think he could if he would try! He has a good voice but everytime I tell him to sing normally, it comes out in this falsetto, half laughing noise. So I guess me until he learns that I think a good singing voice is sexy.
5. Who's Older? Him. But in maturity...thats a different story.
6. Who's smarter? Hmmm... probably him. We should take an IQ test to see. I can just hear the fight now...

Different Ways

1. Who's temper is worse? He has absoultly NO temper! Ive kind of tried to get him mad, just to see what its like but to no avail. He is the most even tempered person Ive ever met. So I guess the answer would be me.
2. Who does the laundry? Its pretty 50/50
3. Who does the dishes? Him mostly. He's a little particular about it and he knows I hate it.
4. Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? Me. Well, he just always sleeps closest to the door in case a burglar comes. Ha ha
5. Who mows the lawn? When the day finally comes that we have a lawn, however small it may be, he will. And he will take great pride in that small patch of grass.
6. Who pays the bills? He does. I'll forget.
7. Who cooks dinner? Me mostly. Lately I haven't been a very good wife in that aspect. There's been a lot of PB and J's. Sorry hun.
8. Who drives when you are together? He pretty much always does. I think my driving scares him.
9. Who pays when you go out to dinner? Him. And can I just say how nice it is to be married and not have to pretend to pull out my wallet to pay? I always did that when we were dating, just to be nice. Now our money's the same so I don't have to put in that unmeaningful effort.
10. Who's the most stubborn? Hmm.. i think we are pretty even on this one. We can both be kinda subborn at times but i think I give in alot easier because he is usually right.
11. Who is the first one to admit when they're wrong? Probably him. Even if he isn't and I just want him to be, he usually does.
12. Who's parents do you see more? Mine live closer so probably them.
13. Who kissed who first? I would say it was pretty mutual. I gave him all the right signs so all he had to do was lean in. Haha
14. Who asked who out? This is a little up for debate. He got my number the night he met me. He text me the next day and then the day after that. He said something like what are you doing tonight so I said something like oh nothing planned how about you. Somehow, it evolved into us going to chilies. But after that night, he asked me on a real date. So, i guess we'll never know.
15. What did you do? Well after the chilies night, which we like to call our pre-first date, he took me paddle boating on Tempe town lake, cold stone on Mill, the dollar theatre to see Nacho Libre, and back to his house for another movie. Needless to say, I got home pretty late.
16. Who has more friends? Umm... about equal but I get to see mine more often probably.
17. Who has more siblings? Me. I have 5 little sisters and he has 2 older brothers.
18. Who wears the pants in the relationship? Interesting question. I think our answers would be different. I should make him do this and see how much they differ. A post to come...

TMJ- What the crap.

So I just found out/concluded that I have TMJ. You know, the thing where you grind your teeth at night. Oh, so thats why I have headaches everyday and immense pain in my jaw and teeth area! So basically I have to wear a mouth guard at night which is really sexy. My mom now has reason for "I told you so's". If I would have got braces, like she said, and looked like a dork for a couple years this would not be happening. Mom's are always right.

So it is a constant battle trying not to grind my teeth like even during the day. I guess I just never realized that I did it. I guess this is my punishment for having basically perfect health my whole life. Oh and the whole headache thing. Being with 2 million 2 year olds a day doesn't reall help. I've just gotta get a years supply of IB profen and I'll be fine. (Kristal, don't let Jason read that.)

Alot of complaining on this blog as of late. Sorry. I love my life.

The big 3-0

I'm so excited because I am the first to post about this! And almost all the people sitting at the table are bloggers! I am on the ball. Anyways...

Friday night was my uncle Jason's birthday. So, we went to Buca di Beppo to partake of some wonderful food. Kristal only looks happy....






This was the whole group of us. I told Brennon to look like a deer in headlights, don't worry.




I would kind of like to cut out that love handle of mine. I need photo shop.



Then after dinner, we went to Jesterz the comedy club. Poor Jason. He had to tell about his day and the people who were with him and he forgot to mention his wife and brother...they had a hay day with that. Pretty much it was make fun of Jason night. As if turning 30 wasn't bad enough.



We ended our night at the Sugar Bowl, where we preceded to have our waitress fired. She was rude to the birthday boy! Anyways, after that we tried to get into some Kareoke(sp?) bars. But I ruined all the fun cause I'm a youngin of 20 years old. Sorry guys.

It was an awesome night! Thanks Kris for planning it!

Things i hate today.

1. When your walking out to your car at MCC, just to put your books away, and you can see throught the corner of your eye, a car stalking you for your spot. I know, I know, theres like NO spots but it just feels creepy. And then I went and threw some books in my car and shut the door, and the lady in the truck stalking me zooms off, obviously all pissed. Annoying.

2. MCC institute. Don't freak out, i think institute is a great thing and fully support it. I guess its just the people that are there. Well, thats mean too....hmmm... anyways, I was there today to escape the heat and finish some hw. I was sitting on the couch, deaply engrossed in my textbook, when whats his name starts striking up a conversation. Maybe, if i was just sitting there doing nothing I would not be so annoyed. And maybe this isn't the first time this happened. But seriously! Can you sya meat market?? Sometimes I just wanna flash my diamond ring in there faces and say, "IM MARRIED, BACK OFF" Im sure there just trying to be friendly and maybe im just in a bad mood... and maybe that was just a bunch of venting.

3. Not being able to find your car in the sea of cars at school. Yes, Im that person walking around aimlessly pressing the lock button to try and hear it beep. I pretty much feel like an idiot. And everyday I say to myself tomorrow I will write down where I parked so I can find it much easier and not wander in the Sahara Desert of a parking lot for my little Nissan. But I never do. So I do the same thing everyday and it sucks.

Here are the reasons for my lack of posts:

1. California!

We spent Friday night in a tent. I am not a camper. But i was really sad that I forgot to take a picture of our first camping experience together. I almost made Brennon put the tent back up.

We also went to the San Diego Temple and got a leetle camara happy. I have about 50 pics on my camara from about an hours worth of time.

2. Twilight!

I caved. They were given to me. Despite my non-reading nature, I started and finished Twilight in 4 days. From a non-readers' perspective, it is amazing. I am now in the middle of New Moon and take it wherever I go just in case i get a little spare time.

3. Freakin School.



I'm taking 3 edu classes, which is a a bit overwhelming because of all the service learning and observations I have to do. But I've decided that i want to teach... 6th grade! I loved my 6th grade teacher and I figure, they do all the fun stuff in 6th grade like Science Camp, Worlds' fair, building castles, ect. So I just wanna be done with school and start having fun.

4. New job.





Its pretty much making me go a little crazy. I work for a substitute teacher company so they basically send me to different schools weekly or monthly and I am an assistant teacher. Im at a preschool right now but in the 1- 1 1/2 year old class, which is pretty much just babysitting. We had 3 biters in the class which results in much screaming. The school is NAZIS about keeping everything clean all the time. So I have been wiping noses, wiping tables, and wiping bottoms for the past 2 weeks, 25 hrs a week. I dont want to have 1 year olds.


5. Im a Den mother.

How random is that? I have never so much as been near a scout book in my life and now i have to teach it. Wonderful.

Brennon and I also teach the 9 year olds on Sunday in which he will plan the lessons and I will bring the cookies.

Oh, and Kayla went to Homecoming. How freakin cute are they? Kayla stayed with us last week while our family was still in Cali so he picked her up at our house.We didn't have much scenery at our apartment complex. They make that parking lot look good.





So that probably was a little more than any of you wanted to know. Too bad.

Oh, and we also got a fish. We think he might be anorexic cause we NEVER see him eat. I give him another week.

Brennon named him Little Wayne because he looks like he has dreadlocks like Little John, the rapper, and Brennon's middle name is Wayne. So thus, Little Wayne he was dubbed.

Any decorating ideas? I am lost.

Ok were back.

Were finally back in Az! It has been a CRAZY week with school starting, moving in, me trying to find a job, Brennon starting his, and just trying to get organized. It has been fun and stressful and SUPER busy so I had to cut blogging time out. But I have about 10 things to blog about so I decided I better get started...


The Road Trip!


I'm sure these pictures are going to be very boring for you but I think our children will one day want to know about our adventure across the midwest. So here it goes..


Somewhere in South Dakota there is a family who runs a very odd sculpture farm right off the highway in the middle of nowhere. Of course I had to see it. It cost 6 bucks to get in so we just looked from afar cause were cheap. But it was quite amusing, especially after all you've seen for 3 hours is fields.



I highly recomend checking this out if your ever in South Dakota.




Pretty huh. it reminds me af a movie, a little stream running through and everything.

Then, after a few more hours of driving and these stupid logic puzzles that kept us busy (yeah, logic puzzles) we finally got to Mt. Rushmore!




Its a bit overrated in my opinion. I mean its cool and everything but you can't really spend more that 20 minutes looking at a mountain of rock presidents. We watched the little movie about it, got some icecream and headed back on our way.

These little chipmunks were running around everywhere.




So I know this picture is really blurry but it has a point. As we were passing throught Wyoming, we saw probably like 100 deer on the side of the road. It was awesome except for when one came onto the orad and we almost hit it. That wasn't too awesome.




This was the motel we stayed at in Lusk, Wyoming. Classy huh. I put up a little fight but eventually caved in to staying here. I'm a spoiled brat.

The only state sign we pulled over for. I dont think New Mexico is very "enchanting".

Don't mind my fatness. It is from 3 months of only eating and sitting around.


We decided to not stop in New Mexico and just go straight on to Holbrook. We stayed at Granma and Grampa Guttery's and enoyed the nice clean beds and real food. We also got to see the Hatch grandparents. It was SO goog to finally see some familiar faces. We also got to visit Kristal and her kids at the Hatch's. Here's cute little Boston. I just want to eat him up.


Well that was our roadtrip in a nutshell. I did alot of annoying Brennon and we played alot of dumb car games. Very memorable indeed.
